1. No Refunds
  • Golfr does not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.

  • Once your order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

2. Exchanges Only
  • We only offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong size.

  • To be eligible for an exchange:

    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

    • You must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

3. How to Request an Exchange
  1. Contact our customer service team at support@golfr.com with your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange.

4. Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back for exchange, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Golfr is not responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Exceptions
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Exchangeable” cannot be exchanged.

  • Exchanges are not available for items that do not meet the above conditions.
